Ray Lionel Shaffer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Lionel Shaffer of Hacker Valley, West Virginia, who passed away on March 13, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Keith" Shaffer and Mildred Louise Jett Shaffer; his wife Gloria Lee Leach Shaffer; his siblings, Raymond Lee Shaffer, Hank Shaffer, Janie P. Shaffer Brown and Bonnie George; and his niece Kayla Ann Shaffer.
He is survived by: his children, Monica Dehainaut (Jason) of Hacker Valley, WV and Raymond Shaffer of Buckhannon, WV; his siblings, Helen Estep, Ann Welch, Norma Snead, Loretta Brown, Nora Myers and Houston Shaffer; and his grandsons, Jason Dehainaut and Mason Dehainaut. He is also survived by grandchildren and 6 bonus great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
