He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hines Clark; his children, Patty Clark and Randy Clark; and his stepchildren, Kenny Rogers (Loretta), Marty Rogers, Diane Sams (Ed) and Mike Rogers. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several extended family and friends.
