Denzil Cowger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 82, Denzil Cowger of Hacker Valley, West Virginia passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hylard Cowger and Lena Simmons Cowger; and his sister Lucealie Gillespie. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Harris Cowger; his daughters, Cindy Miller (Kevin) and Janet Fliegel (Jeff); his grandchildren, Andi Miller (Cody Larkin), Chloe Henline (Brandon), Alex Fliegel and Jack Fliegel; his great grandchildren, Gage and Jaxton Henline; and his siblings, Columbus Cowger (Connie), Pauline Jordan, Arnel Cowger (Karen) and Newton Cowger (Ruth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus, all who attend services are required to practice the social distancing guidelines as set forth by the CDC and the State of West Virginia, including the wearing of facial coverings.
