He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Cogar Fisher; his children, Debby McCoy (Robert) of Charles Town, WV, Jeanie Moore (Randall) of Webster Springs, WV, Bill Fisher (Roseanna) of Charles Town, WV and Mike Fisher (Trish) of Elkview, WV.; his granddaughter Michaela George (Ian) of Elkview, WV; and his brother Chester Fisher (Ruthie) of Kent, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
