The passing of Alma Ruth Anderson of Hacker Valley, West Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 10, 2025 at the age of 102. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Newton and Roena Cowger Carpenter; her husband Paul Anderson; her son David Anderson; her daughter-in-law Dess Anderson; her grandson Thomas Paul Anderson; and her great grandchild Caleb Paul Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Junior Anderson (Kathy), Carol Williams (John), Clara Anderson Michael, Donna Clutter (Leroy), Anita Helmstadter (David) and Willard Anderson (Judy); and her siblings, Olen Carpenter and Margie Cutlip. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dodd and Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hacker Valley Baptist Church.
