He is survived by: his parents, John Jett III (Ruthann Sampson) of Worthington and Lisa Mackey of Gypsy; his children, Brentlee and Rosaleen; his brother Brandon Hinerman; and his grandparents, Neva Cottrell, John, Kathy Jett, Bruce and Sue Lanham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
