He is survived by: his mother Susan Marie Cook of Fairmont; his children, Cadence Moyer, Colt Stahl, Camdon Stahl and Preslyn Sampson; his sister Lisa Mariee Connors of Clovis, NM; his nephews, Austin Heflin of Clovis, NM and Justin Heflin of Fairmont; his niece Carlie Heflin of Fairmont; and his close friend Arthur Walters of Clarksburg.
