It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Nutter (Gypsy, West Virginia), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Harold and Frances Lee Knoll Nutter; his wife Pamela Sue Nutter; and his nieces, Donna Francine and Sheila Crayton.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Patrick Jeffers, Michael Jeffers and Joshua Jeffers of Clarksburg; and his half-brother Don Nutter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
