She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Drain and Opal Sims Drain; her husband Norman Harold Tate; and her siblings, Phyllis Helms, Loretta Curfman, Norma Jean Scritchfield and Ronald Drain.
She is survived by: her sons, Norman Tate (Dakota Yeager) of Shinnston, Gervice Tate (Cassandra Knotts) of Grafton and Robert Tate of Gypsy; her stepson Steven Tate of Gypsy; her grandchildren, Destiny, Tori, Heath, Walyn, Jackson and Gunner; her great grandchildren, Greyson and Carson; and her brothers, Mike Drain (Pam) of Shinnston, Danny Drain (Karen) of Shinnston and Robert Drain (Dottie) of Jane Lew.
