He is survived by: his grandparents, Cactus Dwane Mayfield of Gypsy and Donna Warila of Lenoir, NC; his siblings, Amanda Mayfield of Lenoir, NC, Sarah Bowser of Leominster, MA and Roger Lee Mayfield of Lenoir, NC; his nieces, Emma Mayfield, Fiona Mayfield-Greene and Lilly Curley; and his nephew David Mayfield of Lenoir, NC.
