He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cearns Heitman; his siblings, Pat Heitman of Buckhannon, Barbara Lynn Baer of Pensacola, FL and Robert H. Baer of Memphis, TN; and his cousin Katherine Kremins of Randolph, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
