It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Marie Tate (Gypsy, West Virginia), born in Woodbridge, South West, who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Kenny Phillips; and her brother Kenneth Theobold. She is survived by: her parent Judy Phillips; her husband Russell Tate (Dave) of Gypsy; her sons, Dave Tate (Melissa) of Mannington, Joe Tate (Sara) of Jordan, MT and Kenny Tate (Michelle Minutelli) of Fairmont; her siblings, Danny Phillips of Enterprise and Aleisia Tate of Gypsy; and her grandchildren, Devin Tate, Davina Tate, David Tate, Davin Tate, Josie Tate and Abby Tate.
