He was predeceased by: his parents, John Darnell and Mary Shrout Martin; his wife Nancy Darnell; and his son Jeffrey Darnell. He is survived by: his sons, David Darnell, Steve Darnell (Joni) and Ronald Darnell (Lynette); his daughter-in-law Mary Darnell; his grandchildren, Kristen Redman (Shane), Ashley Wright (Thomas), Amy Cunningham (Justin), Steve and Tori Darnell; and his great grandchildren, Gaige Searls, Shayna, Piper, Tyler Redman, Audrey Wright and Beatrice Cunningham.
