She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Emma May; her siblings, Joe May, Junior May, James "Red" May, Thomas, Bird, Opal Moore, Mary "Sissy" Craft, Sally Roberts, Ethel Stowers, Eunice Barker and Pauline Stowers; her husband Denny Miller; and her children, Barry Harless (Phoebe), Henson Harless Jr. (Cary), Lisa Simmons (Mike) and Amy Brogan. She was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
