Ballard of Auburn, GA; his sister Jeanne Gullette of Union, WV; his aunt Nancy Ballard of Greenville, WV.; his children, Isaac Ballard, Jennifer Woodard, Joshua Ballard and Racheal Sheffield; his stepchildren, Cynthia MacDonald, Jennifer Head, Sarah Hernandez and Jonathan Starnes; and his grandchildren, Trinity Alloy, Cooper Ballard, Kylar Ballard, Braelyn Sheffield, Daniel MacDonald, Elizabeth MacDonald, Ethan MacDonald, Cassidy Head, Devin Hernandez, Kole Hernandez, Jase Starnes and Charleigh Starnes.
