She was predeceased by: her father William Kuhn; her husband Warren Ellison of Greenville, WV.; her son-in-law Pat Level; and her grandson Mark Czaja Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Julia Kuhn; and her children, Barbara Level of Organ Cave, WV, Charlotte Wilson (Woody Wilson) of Greenville, WV, Dorothy Ellison Hunter (Denny Wood), Janette Wigal Ellison (Rick Hunt) and Bert Ellison (Paula Ellison) of Hans Creek, WV. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in honor of Judy to be made to the Richard Warren Ellison Scholarship fund at First Community Bank in Lindside, WV, or to a charity of your choice.
