She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther F. Hicks and Maudie Gill Hicks; her former husband Eugene Adkins; her husband Robert Fleshman; her son Choya Adkins; and her siblings, Lloyd, Darrell, Jesse, Denver Hicks and Elizabeth Hicks.
She is survived by: her son Mark Adkins of Princeton, WV; her sister Ethel Dicus of Florence, KY; and her sister-in-law Janet Hicks of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
