She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Duckworth and Bertha Duckworth (Hinkle); her husband Walter L. Puffinburger, Jr.; her daughter Terre Armstrong; and her siblings, Homer Duckworth, Mildred Light, Virginia Collins, Raymond Duckworth, Russell "Mike" Duckworth, Hazel McBride, Sue Beam, Helen Seeders, Elizabeth Wolford, Oliver "Sam" Duckworth and Betty Raney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Moore (Eric) and Lynne Gruber (Bob); her son-in-law Steve Armstrong; her grandchildren, Tyra Lynne Keplinger, Vince Bennett, Tracy Simpson (Kevin), Stephanie Dailey (Arnold "Bug), Jason Armstrong, Shannon Dawson (Brian) and Stacey Rawlings (Bill); her great grandchildren, Keith Dailey, Spencer Dailey, Joel Simpson, Levi Simpson, Braylyn Bennett, Madison Conroy, Chloe Conroy, Mae Dawson, Solomon Rawlings, Violet Rawlings and Annabeth Rawlings; and her sister-in-law Midge Duckworth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
