Ottaviano; her children, Eric Sean Ottaviano of Berkeley Springs, Kelly Dawn Moon (Ryan) of Berkeley Springs and Tiffany Lynn Heerd (Michael) of Hedgesville, WV; her brothers, James Winford Willey of Needmore, PA, John David Willey of Walkersville, MD and Michael Benton Willey of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Adriana, Connor, Caleb, Greyson, Breelyn and Scarlet. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
