It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Gail Twigg of Great Cacapon, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Robert "Skeeter" Brown and Georgia Regina Brown (Kasecamp); and her husband William Dean Twigg of Paw Paw. She is survived by: her close friend William "George" Miller, Jr. of Great Cacapon; her sons, William "Dean" Twigg, Jr. (Amanda L. Smith), Robert Lee Twigg (Erin) and Randy Michael Miller (Nicole Evans); her siblings, Regina Garcia (Timmy) of Paw Paw, Lori Skidmore (Bill) of Inwood One and Leon Brown (Barbara); her grandchildren, Jessica Whetzel, Ricky Twigg (Natalie) of Romney, Robert Lee "RobBob" Twigg, Daniel Miller, Kayce Miller, Hunter Twigg and Mason Twigg; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Pyper Whetzel, Aubrey Stewart, Dylan Twigg and Everleigh Twigg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
