He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Irene "Betty" Twigg Hutchinson of Great Cacapon; his children, Robert Dean "Bobby" Hutchinson of Hedgesville, WV and Rhonda Rae Clark of Berkeley Springs; his brother Lester Todd Hutchinson of Great Cacapon; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Dean Hutchinson of Hedgesville, Maggie Leianne Hutchinson of Hedgesville and Lillian Grace Clark of Berkeley Springs.
