He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clifton Stinebaugh, Sr. and Eileen M. Corbin Stinebaugh Barnhart; and his sister Judith Ann Stinebaugh. He is survived by: his children, Earl Clifton "Jay" Stinebaugh III (Glenda) of Franklin, VA and Teri Gunther of Hedgesville, WV; his brother Thomas Roy "Tucker" Stinebaugh of Great Cacapon; his granddaughters, Ella Gunther and Erica Niles (Kyle); his aunt Irene McFadden; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb Niles and Lainey Niles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
