She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Delany and Iliza Jane Pittman Saunders; her husband Granville H. "Doc" Spurlock; her granddaughter Michele Popoff; and her sisters, Avis Mae Hendricks and Joyce Aldine Dunford (Jerry).
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Curry of Proctorville, OH, Jennifer "Janie" (Johnny Blevins) and Melissa (Ronnie Arthur); her grandchildren, Tracey King (Chuck), Sara Blevins, Lorna Blevins, David Arthur, Jonathan Arthur and Maddie Arthur; her great grandchildren, Meghann Adkins (Bobby), Nik Popoff, Matthew King, Lando Foster and Cole Arthur; her great great grandchildren, Ryleigh Swann and Emma Adkins; her siblings, Cornelia Fay Drake (William) and James A. Saunders of Barboursville, WV; and also Carolyn Marshall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
