He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulmont Moore and Irene Thomason Moore; his former wife Betty Jean Burkhammer Moore; his siblings, John, Paul, Frederick and Ida Miller (Moore); and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Morris (Donald) and Dusty Miller (Marie).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lewis (Miller) of Granville; his stepson Joe; his daughter-in-law Patty Lewis of Granville; his great grandchild Cara Lewis; his siblings, Leo of Pahrump, NV and Shirley Chipps (Tom) of Mentor; his siblings-in-law, Carol Diemer (Burkhammer) of Orwell, Kenny Miller (Peggy) of Westover and Bobby Miller (Renee) of Crescent City, FL; and also, Craig Lewis of Alexandria, VA, Christian and Maddie Walls. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home.
