We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2022, at the age of 75, Dennis Eugene Fullmer of Granville, West Virginia, born in Morgantown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Earl Fullmer and Anna Hunt Fullmer; his wife Stella Louise Fullmer; and his sister Shirley Bryan. He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Downey (Charles Jr) of Dellslow, Dawn Casteel (Les) of Morgantown and Dennis Fullmer (Erin) of Morgantown. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
