He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Earl Fullmer and Anna Hunt Fullmer; his wife Stella Louise Fullmer; and his sister Shirley Bryan. He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Downey (Charles Jr) of Dellslow, Dawn Casteel (Les) of Morgantown and Dennis Fullmer (Erin) of Morgantown. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
