He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Marks and Patricia Inman Marks; and his brother Richard Marks (Shannon Marks). He is survived by: his children, Brenda Whitmarsh, William Marks, Jr., Jennifer Thurmer and Wendy Marks (Duane). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
