He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Collins of Grantsville, WV; his sons, Adam Jefferson Collins of Grantsville, WV, Thomas Gene Collins of Grantsville, WV, Allie Campbell of Grantsville, WV and Raymond Campbell of Grantsville, WV; his siblings, Cindy Collins of Ivydale, Betty Starcher of Grantsville, Roy Collins of Belpre, Michael Collins and William Collins; and his uncle Harry Selmon of Ravenwood. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
