He was predeceased by: his parents, Loranza "Jack" and Glena "Meme" Hardman Pitts; and his daughter Ashley Pitts. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sophia Beam of Parkersburg, WV and Max Beam of Grantsville; his wife Sharon Anne Watkins Pitts; and his siblings, Jackie Blankenship (Ron) of Grantsville and Barry Pitts (Maria) of Jeanette, PA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family of Rick Pitts request memorial contributions be made to the Calhoun County Marching Band, 50 Underwood Circle, Mount Zion WV 26151 in his honor.
