He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pauline Richards, Orland Richards and Dale Williams; and his uncle Donald Ray Williams. He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Richards Barr of Grantsville, WV and Roy Williams (Butch) of Big Bend, WV; his sister Valarie Cook (Patric) of Grantsville, WV; his nephew Noah Cook of Grantsville, WV; his stepfather Steve Barr; and his grandmother Omagene Eagle Williams. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
