She is survived by: her children, Deavin Butler of Millstone and James Forrest Blankenship II of Big Bend; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Butler of Millstone, Brent Butler of Millstone, Gabriel Michael Dodd of Millstone, Samuel Blankenship of Lockney, WV and Sahara Blankenship of Lockney, WV; and also Brandy Cottrill.
