It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Letha Keener (Grantsville, West Virginia), born in Gilmer, West Virginia, who passed away on December 24, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Wesley C. Metz and Floyd Keener; her daughter Alice Keener; her grandson Charles Metz; and her siblings, Marie Carder, Virginia Metz, Sophie Sidwell, Alice Sidwell, Bill Sidwell, Kenneth Sidwell, Charles Sidwell, James Sidwell and Homer Sidwell.
She is survived by: her parents, Eli Sidwell and Mary Barnes Sidwell; her children, Bessie Metz Basnett (Jerry), Mary Keener, Dean Byrd, Delores Keener Foster (Paul), Raymond Metz (Deloris), Floyd Keener Jr., Richard Keener (Lorene), Jimmy Keener (Michele), Bobby Keener and JoAnn Swearingten; and her brother Eli Sidwell.
