He is survived by: his wife Freda Radabaugh Yoak; his daughters, Karen Yoak Lewis (Bill) of Winston-Salem, NC and Sharon Yoak Turner (Dan) of Martinsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Jodi Hume (Paul) of Baltimore, MD, Britney Rosenberger (Scott) of Fairmont, WV, Matthew Lewis (Madlon) of Decatur, GA and Jonathan Lewis (Whitney) of Arlington, TX; and his great grandchildren, Turner Von, Kaja Grace Hume of Baltimore, Isaac Daniel, Ayla Von Rosenberger of Fairmont, Thomas Kirk, Madlon Hawley Lewis, Savannah Rain, Lydia Caroline and Ivy Rae Lewis.
