He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stump and Georgia Ward Stump; his siblings, Florence Meadows and Russell Ball; and his brother-in-law Doyle Hupp, Sr..
He is survived by: his sons, Jefferson Stump, Keith Stump (Desire) and William Stump; his sisters, Geraldine Hupp and Virginia Bland (Nelson); his sister-in-law Shirley Ball; and his aunt Mildred Ward. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
