She was predeceased by: her husband Fred A. Starkey; her parents, Mamie McCollum and Orval McCollum; and her siblings, Robert, Samuel and Shirley.
She is survived by: her brother John "Jack" (Pam); her children, Sherllyn (Jerome), Timothy (Suzanne) and Kathy (Mark); her grandchildren, Kyle (Caitlyn), Kaylie (Richie), Ben and Nicole (John); and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Brianna, Avery and Lilly.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc.-Grantsvile (107 Market St, Grantsville, WV 26147). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
