She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Engel and Ruth Smith; her sons, Ronnie Smith and Roger Smith; and her siblings, Otha Yoke, Orlan Smith, Vermeal Bennett and Dolly Perkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Bernard of Grantsville, WV and Michael Smith of Grantsville, WV; and her sisters, Loretta Collins and Opal Browning.
