He was predeceased by: his father Willis L. Green. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ball Green; his fiancée Catherine "Cathy" Smith McDaniel; and his sister Crystal Ball. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and all his four-legged companions.
