He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albert and Lula Mae Stevens (Shackelford); and his granddaughter Abigail Faith Spiker. He is survived by: his wife Linda "Darlene" Stevens (Goff); his daughters, Lisa Diane Stevens Peters of Grafton, Jessie Autumn Stevens of Morgantown and Ashley Nicole Stevens; his grandchildren, Emily Elizabeth Peters and William Bishop Stevens; and his brother Milton Louis "Louie" Stevens of Grafton.
