He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Shingleton and Mary Ann Bollinger Shingleton; his son-in-law Gary Cesa; and his sister-in-law Liz Shingleton. He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy Lee Bolton Mayfield; his children, Sandra (Dwayne) of Grafton, Dianna Cesa of Grafton, James Mayfield (Donna) of Grafton and Terry Mayfield (Kay) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Deanna Dawson, Denine Dawson (Jake), Deveny Dawson (Rachana), Renee Keener (Steven), Dominick Raschella (Sarah), Jennifer Bush, Jamie Kyle (Doug), Lori Dye (Alan), Ryan Mayfield (Angela) and Bethany Powell (Keith); and his siblings, Connie Shingleton, Gene Shingleton and Rick Shingleton (Vickie). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
