She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Fitzwater and Esther Lillian Phillips Fitzwater; and her brother Leonard Fitzwater. She is survived by: her husband Harold Edward Heavner; her son Kenneth C. Gifford; her grandchildren, Kenneth C. Gifford IV and Cayden James Gifford; and her sisters, Shirley Stout (Dan), Rose Mary Poling (George) and Linda Sharp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
