He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Rowand and Rita Jean Miller Rowand. He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Muller (Chris) and Abby McClanahan (Tyler); his grandchildren, Brink, Hollis and Hattie; and his siblings, Mark Rowand and Crystal Garrett (Bryan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
