He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rolland and Anna Lee Clelland (Bragg). He is survived by: his children, Kellie J. Clelland (Roxanne Tamez) of Honolulu, HI and Michael R. Clelland (Iola) of Clements, MD; his granddaughter Emily G. Clelland of Clements, MD; his former wife Cassandra C. "Sandy" Clelland (Knotts); and his brother Herbert L. "John" Clelland (Patricia) of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
