It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Prescott Clarke (Grafton, West Virginia), born in Concord, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Prescott Chadwick Clarke. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Clarke; his wife Nancy; his daughter Chelsea; his son-in-law Joel Weaver; his granddaughters, Emma and Charlotte; and his siblings, Sarah, Hilary, Cherie, Chris and Jason. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
