Riggs Sr. of Kingwood and Terri Riggs Kaufman (Arnett) of Clarksville, TN.; her husband Terry Donk; her son Chad Tyler Howdershelt of Fairmont; her stepson Andrew Donk of Kingwood; her brothers, David Riggs II (Rose) of Montrose and Ronnie Riggs (Lillie) of Winchester, VA; her nephew Riley Riggs of Winchester; and her stepfather Stuart Kaufman of Clarksville, TN..
