She was predeceased by: her parents, Odburn Lonzo and Delphia Opal Weaver Marsh; her husband Robert Herman Phillips; and her siblings, Dorothy McVicker (Chilton), Jean Stead (Wilford "Dink") and Dallas Marsh (Patty).
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila "Susie" Swisher (David) of Grafton, WV.; her granddaughter Amy Milbrand (Doug) of Morgantown, WV.; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Ruth Shroyer (Smith Jr.) of Lincolnshire, IL.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
