He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Smith Sr. and Ruth McIntosh Smith; his wife Mary Belle Smith (Richards) of Grafton; and his sister Betty Majoras. He is survived by: his sons, David Allen Smith of Claude Rd and Donald Smith (Teresa); his grandchildren, Cody, Josh, Tylynn, Nathan and Trisha; his great grandchildren, Brandon Cardwell and Devon Mock; his great great grandchild Brittney Cardwell; and his siblings, Kenny Smith of Ohio Two, Vera Davis of Ohio, Shirley Davis of Kentucky Foster and John Johnson of Ohio.
