He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Hose and Edna Helman Hose; his wife Debbie Hose; his sister Janet Fairley; and his niece Crystal Hose.
He is survived by: his brothers, Clinton Hose of Grafton, Kenneth Hose (Jennifer) of Grafton, Dayton Hose of Grafton and Larry Hose of Elkins; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Bailey, Kyleigh, David, Max and Allen.
