He is survived by: his wife Eunice Beverly Candella Hickman; his son Chuck Bolyard (Stephanie); his nephew Petey Hickman (Dorsey); his brothers, Cecil Hickman and George Hickman (Bea); and his niece Stacy Hickman of Grafton.
