He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ellen Phillips (Mitchell); his children, Robert "Kevin" Phillips (Sherrie Stohler), Bryan E. Phillips (Jodie Blackstock), Timothy L. Phillips (Wilma) of Grafton and Crystal D. Johnson (Joe) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Kendelyn Eddy (Tyler) of Morgantown, Bryson Phillips of Grafton, Tyler Poston of Grafton, Logan Phillips of Grafton and Kole Phillips of Grafton; his great grandchildren, Karmendi and Emilia; and his siblings, Charles Phillips (Sara) of Hundred, Donnie Phillips of Grafton and Velda Phillips of Fairmont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
