He was predeceased by: his parents, Cooper R. Bartlett and Eulah Janette Bartlett (Newlon); his wife Maxine T. Bartlett (Sypolt); and his siblings, Richard, Frank, Neal Bartlett and Ella Louise Rowe.
He is survived by: his sons, Marvin P. Bartlett (Elizabeth) of Nicholasville, KY and Kevin E. Bartlett of Williamsburg, VA; his grandchildren, Cooper and Eliza Bartlett; and his brother Charles Bartlett of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
