It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Rowand of Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on September 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Miller and Frances Miller Russell; and her siblings, Sandra Miller Sacchetti, David Randall "Randy" Miller and John Lynn Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Rowand, Mark Rowand and Crystal Garrett (Bryan); her grandchildren, Robby, Chad, Emily (Chris), Abby (Tyler), Drew (Lara), Zach and Grace; her great grandchildren, Jaden, Percy, Brink and Hollis; her sister Beverly Shoop; and her niece Dawn Gouldman Cheryl Loffler (John).
